Validity
Transfer, Tours, Package Tour and all Rates valid according
to our yearly tariff.
Rate
All rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
Payments
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival date,
unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
Failure to comply with this condition may result in
cancellation of all the reservations and arrangements
without notice.
Refund
and cancellations
All refunds will be made in the same currency as payment was
made and cacellation fees will be charged as per the actual
expenses incurred.
Guides
Decawin Co.,Ltd provides well trained and experienced
tourist guide fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese.
For all jount sightseeing tours, English speaking guides are
used. Guide speaking other than English, Japanese and
Chinese lanquage is availble upon request at additional
cost.
Tour
Leaders
Services are provided free of charge for for one tour leader
with every 15 paying passengers. The complimentary
arrangement dose not include meals witin hotels and airport
tax.
Children's Rates
For transfer and sightseeing
Under 2 years - Free of charge
2-12 years - 50% of full rate
Over 12 years - full tariff rate
Rates of accommodation and meals are subject to hotel
tariff.
Taxes
Airport tax is not included in quotations unless specially
requested.
Vat
Value added Tax is not included in the transfer and
sightseeing tour rates. The extra VAT rates will be show
separately on the invoice.
Liability
Decawin Co.,Ltd. is acting as an agent only for
transfsportation companies, hotels, car operators and other
contractors and disclams responsibility for any losses,
damage, accidents, however caused or aristing from
circumstances beyond its control.
